We’ll automatically choose the best shipping method to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Product Defects & Exchanges
Limited edition items are not eligible for exchange.
If you receive an item with a serious defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: ministashau@gmail.com
Be sure to include your order number and an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
For your privacy and security, please reach out using the same email used to place your order.
To help avoid disputes, we strongly recommend recording a video of you opening the package, showing:
The shipping label
Packaging condition.
Product and any visible defects.
The video must be recorded within 2 days of receiving your item.
Taxes & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred during delivery.
Out of Stock Items
In rare cases, certain products may become unavailable after your order is placed. If that happens:
- You will be automatically refunded
- Remaining items in your order will ship as normal
